I was at an event this past weekend during which the title sentiment of this post was driven home to me. The event featured entrepreneurs delivering their business pitch to a panel of experts and receive feedback.

As someone who has had the honor and pleasure of working with celebrities, I am always glued to the awards shows. The recent Golden Globes provided a fascinating opportunity to watch and observe public speaking and presentation in a very high stakes, high-pressure environment.

There are few things that can catapult you to the top of your profession the way delivering a good speech can.
