Whether responsible for a corporate turn-around or attaining difficult financial goals, they must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. Done well, finely tuned leadership communication confers a tremendous competitive advantage. Senior Executive Coaching
CEOs and other top managers are often isolated, even in a company with thousands of employees. These individuals can often use some expert, professional, objective, outside support. RSA’s Senior Executive Coaching program is delivered privately and discreetly and typically involves a series of regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings. These meetings can be done in person, over the phone, by videoconference or some combination of all three.
Ruth Sherman or a member of her team of expert associates will and develop a coaching program that zeros in on the client’s specific needs and goals. The objective is always to devise solutions that can be implemented quickly and in real-time, during real situations.
Features include:
- Initial meeting to diagnose issues and prioritize goals.
- Close collaboration with client’s designated support team.
- Shadowing of executive (when practical).
- Regular coaching sessions according to client’s schedule.
- Assignments that clients agree to implement between coaching sessions.
- Facilitator “on-call” because situations don’t always arise just in time for a coaching session.
- Travel with client as necessary.
